ABOUT THE PRODUCT: WhyNut Walnut husk is a dry woody tissue/membrane that grows in the fruit of the walnut. It is rich in iodine, various vitamins (A, B, E, C, P), tannins, proteins and carbohydrates.
AREA OF USE: Walnut membrane tea has long been known in folk medicine for preparing teas and tinctures. In addition to its many benefits for the body, it preserves the body's natural balance and has antibacterial properties.
Tea preparation: Soak 4-5 walnut membranes in water and leave overnight. Boil the water with the membranes in the morning, and when it starts to boil, remove it from the heat, wait until it cools down and then strain. The tea should be drunk hot and in small sips on an empty stomach. It should be drunk once a day, every day without interruption for a period of seven to thirty days.
Making tinctures: Walnut membranes have been shown to be effective for joint pain and sciatica.
Fill a half-liter container with membrane and fill it 2/3 with vodka (double distilled spirits or alcohol diluted to 40%). Store for 15-20 days in a dark place. Filter it.
Apply externally to painful areas. To increase effectiveness, take 1 teaspoon orally half an hour before meals or on an empty stomach.
