PRODUCT INFORMATION: Why Nut long grain white rice, basmati rice, has extremely firm grains that remain soft and separate after cooking. The grains have a firm, dry texture and are best suited for side dishes, pilafs and salads.
TYPE OF USE: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add 1 cup of rice and cook for 15-20 minutes. Drain off excess water, return the rice to the stove, cover and let stand for 10 minutes. If desired, you can add salt and spices, it can be served with legumes, evening meals or meat.
