Inutop – Artichoke Root Powder

Inutop is ground artichoke root (Cynara scolymus), packaged in 5-gram sachets (enough for 100 ml of hot water at approximately 60 °C). Artichoke tea is particularly well-known for its health benefits, especially its positive effects on the liver, heart and digestion. In addition, this tea is believed to strengthen the immune system and reduce oxidative stress, which can help the body fight disease.

Artichoke tea may also help regulate blood sugar levels. Some studies have shown that artichoke extracts may help lower blood sugar levels. The plant may improve insulin sensitivity, a hormone that is crucial for regulating blood sugar.

Preparation: Boil 100 ml of water and let it cool to about 60 °C before adding a 5-gram bag. You can add honey and lemon to taste.

The optimal dosage is one cup per day for a month, or up to three cups daily, but not longer than ten days. After that, a break is recommended that is equal to the time you have consumed the tea.
