ABOUT THE PRODUCT: WhyNut Green Tea is made from unoxidized leaves of the Camellia sinensis bush and is one of the least processed teas. Therefore, it contains the most antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols. It is naturally low in calories and contains less caffeine than black tea.
USE: Usually use 2 g (approximately 1 teaspoon) of tea per 300 ml of water (80 °C). It should steep for 2-3 minutes in the water. Strain before serving.
